  1. Wow, that was intense. It was difficult to figure out what I was reading at first but I love the style, they way the story is crafted is breathtakingly original and heartbreaking. It calls back to the fears we all have about living in a world where we are no long pushing the buttons, where in fact there aren’t actually any physical buttons to even push anymore.

    1. Yes! The story is completely relevant and so effective, and the form is unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. I stepped back after reading it and was astounded to realize it was just a brief paragraph of the driest technical terms. I love how the story itself and all its anguish are layered within, how the form forces the pace and draws out the raw grief at its core in tiny sips. I’m still reeling, and I’m left wondering what else fiction can do that I never would have considered possible?
